Excellence in Graduate Mentoring Panel: Practices That Make a Difference

This panel brings together past faculty and graduate student recipients of the Boise State Graduate College Excellence in Mentoring Awards to share practical, inclusive mentoring strategies that support graduate student success. Panelists will reflect on lessons learned from their mentoring experiences, discuss approaches that foster belonging and professional growth, and offer insights into building strong mentoring relationships across disciplines. Designed to highlight real-world mentoring practices, the panel also aims to encourage thoughtful nominations for the upcoming Graduate College mentoring awards and to strengthen Boise State’s culture of excellence in graduate mentoring.
