Bachelor of Science in Imaging Sciences Application

Boise State University’s School of Allied Health Sciences and Department of Radiologic Sciences invites you to apply for admission to the Bachelor of Science in Imaging Sciences. Information on this application will be used to determine your admissibility into the program. You must apply separately for admission to Boise State University.

All application materials must be received by July 10 to be considered for Fall/August admission or by December 1 to be considered for Spring/January admission. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a space-available basis. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Course Fees

I understand the course fees for this program are $395 per credit. These fees are not the same as those for campus-based degree programs.

Technical Requirements

I understand that the program requires technical proficiency utilizing computer technologies (word processing, email, internet, etc.). I have access to high-speed internet and a computer on a daily basis. I am familiar with how to use a web browser. I have a word processing program (Microsoft Word is highly recommended).

My cumulative GPA calculated from all higher education institutional transcripts must be greater than a 2.7 to be considered for candidacy.
If my cumulative GPA is below 2.7, I will need to complete an additional appeal for program admission which is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Students on academic probation will not be considered.
