Student Work Stipulations
This form must be submitted every term you hold a GA position and a secondary position simultaneously. You agree to return to this form and re-submit it if this secondary position, or any other secondary position, extends to future semesters.
During the fall and spring terms, students may not work more than 29 hours per week in total for the university. You agree to ensure that the total time per week for both positions does not exceed the 29-hour threshold for fall or spring.
During the summer term, GAs can work up to 40 hours per week. Additional hours for a second position may result in more than 40 hours of work per week, and thus has the potential to violate university policies. You agree to ensure that the total time per week for both positions does not exceed the 40-hour threshold for summer.
By checking the box, you agree to this stipulation that is required to hold a secondary position.
Student Academic Stipulations
You agree to continue to meet the academic performance standards of the Graduate College and the graduate program for which you are enrolled.
You agree to continue to make satisfactory progress in the graduate program as judged by your major advisor.
By checking the box, you agree to this stipulation that is required to hold a secondary position.
Graduate Teaching Assistant Stipulations
Depending upon the secondary position pay type, your Graduate Teaching Assistant position may need to be converted from being paid a regular salary to being paid an hourly salary.
By checking the box, you agree to this stipulation that is required to hold a secondary position.
