Tuition and Fee Payment Request Form

You may submit this payment request prior to the GA hire. Before the semester begins, payments submitted here must correspond to a GA hire. The working dates of the GA position must include the term for this tuition payment.

Revisions to funding are only accepted through a new submission of this form prior to the tenth day (a Costing Change form updates the stipend/salary and will NOT update the funding source of a tuition/fee payment). Funding changes after the tenth day will require the funding to be updated at the department level through the correcting entry process. 

Cancellations will adhere to GA Policy 7170.4.4.15B.

The use of Appropriated Funding will adhere to GA policy 7170.4.4.7A. SBOE does not allow the use of appropriated funds for alternative fee programs.

Additional fees such as textbooks, ID cards, online class fees, lab fees, etc., are separate from tuition and are the responsibility of the student to pay. They may be paid for by the department/unit. Additional fees must be categorized separately on this form or with a new form submission. 

The Graduate College does not track prior approvals for GA tuition/fee payment requests. Information submitted here will be sent directly to Student Financials for processing.
